Wind speed Lower Austria

The data set provides the current hourly averages of the wind speed of the NÖ air quality monitoring network. The data is provided in m/s as one-hour mean values. The update takes place every hour (indications always in CET!). The file is created daily for the period from 0 to 2 p.m., so that only the measured values of the current day are available. The file name is always the same. NOTE: When opening the.csv file using Microsoft Excel, incorrect values may occur due to formatting settings.本数据集提供下奥地利州（NÖ）空气质量监测网络的当前逐小时平均风速数据。数据以米每秒（m/s）为单位，为逐小时均值。数据每小时更新一次，所有时间标注均采用中欧时间（Central European Time，缩写CET）。该文件每日生成一次，生成时段为当日0时至14时，仅包含当日的实测数据，且文件名固定不变。 注意：使用Microsoft Excel打开该.csv文件时，可能因格式设置问题出现数值显示异常。
