To uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying WWP1 hyperactivity, we established stable HeLa cell lines expressing WWP1 variants via lentiviral transduction, followed by fluorescence-based sorting. To characterize the transcriptional landscape associated with WWP1 hyperactivity, we performed bulk RNA sequencing on cells expressing WWP1 OE and WWP1 E798V.
