Data for Antimicrobial Susceptibility Prevalence in Cotonou-Benin

A retrospective analysis was carried out on results and antibiograms of cultures of urine and vaginal swabs from suspected cases of UTI and VI respectively, at the Medical Biology Laboratory of IRGIB-Africa University, Cotonou, Benin. The sex and age of patients as well as the species of isolated bacteria and their respective antibiotic susceptibility data were collected from the registration records. The data of patients with ages of less than a year were excluded.<br>

本研究针对贝宁科托努IRGIB非洲大学医学生物学实验室收治的疑似尿路感染（Urinary Tract Infection, UTI）与疑似阴道感染（Vaginal Infection, VI）病例的尿液培养、阴道拭子培养结果及其药敏谱，开展回顾性分析。研究人员从患者登记档案中收集了其性别、年龄、分离得到的细菌菌种，以及对应菌株的抗生素敏感性数据。本研究排除了年龄不足1岁的患者相关数据。
