A modified Rsyst database with the inclusion of dinoflagellate and cyanobacteria taxa

The Rsyst database described by Rimet et al. (2016) was modified to include dinoflagellates and cyanobacteria. Dinoflagellates were successfully annotated but cyanobacteria were not.
