Whole exome sequencing of mild malformation of cerebral cortex with oligodendroglial hyperplasia and epilepsy (MOGHE) lesions

Mild malformations of cortical development with oligodendroglial hyperplasia in epilepsy (MOGHE) are brain lesions associated with focal epilepsy and characterized by increased oligodendroglial density, heterotopic neurons, and hypomyelination in the white matter. Here we performed Whole Exome Sequencing of white matter lesions of two MOGHE patients.
