Allocation of judgments on registration and succession

This table shows the distribution of judgments on registration and succession in 2021. We distinguish between civil, misdemeanour and commercial cases. The figures relate to disputes brought before the justice of the peace, the courts of first instance, the courts of appeal and the Court of Cassation. The sum of favourable and unfavourable judgments does not necessarily correspond to the number of cases cleared: some judgments may indeed be mixed, and withdrawal may also take place in the course of the proceedings.本表格呈现了2021年登记及继承纠纷的裁判分布情况。本次统计区分民事、轻罪与商事三类案件，所涉数据均为提交至治安法院、初审法院、上诉法院及终审法院（Court of Cassation）的纠纷案件。胜诉裁判与败诉裁判的数量之和，未必与审结案件总数一致：部分裁判可能为混合型裁判，且诉讼过程中亦可能发生撤诉情形。
