Low coverage whole genome sequencing data from Pacific halibut collected in the Northeastern Pacific Ocean from 1999 to 2020

The dataset provided comprises high resolution genomic information that is being used to advance our understanding of Pacific halibut population structure and dynamics in a changing climate to inform fishery management. This dataset includes information of the genetic samples used in this study (year and location of collection, sex, maturity, age, etc.; csv file), on the processing of these samples for low coverage whole genome sequencing (DNA concentration, library concentration; csv file), and of the raw sequencing data of individual genetic samples (link to project site at the National Center for Biotechnology Information).
