The informational perimeters of the land use plan (POS) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the spatial information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the details which are to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code; — surface information carried over on graphical documents for information purposes. In this dataset are the surface information of TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the POS graphical documents.土地使用规划（POS）已依据《阿尔尔法案》第135条被废止，并自2016年1月1日起归入RNU管理。 该土地使用规划（POS）的信息范围已按照法国国家地理信息委员会（CNIG）的国家规范完成数字化处理。此类空间信息系因合规管理或信息公开需求新增，具体包括： — 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条及第R123-14条要求，需附随于规划文件的详细内容； — 为信息公开目的，标注于图形文档中的地表范围信息。 本数据集收录了出现在土地使用规划（POS）图形文档中的04类（城市优先购买权范围，Urban Preemption Right Perimeters）与05类（延期开发区，Deferred Development Areas）地表范围信息。
