This graph illustrates how willing people are to change their online and in-store purchasing behaviour taking into consideration the environmental, social and ethical issues in France in 2018. In total, 54 percent of the respondents reported a change in their choice of products when shopping online and in-store. 43 percent expressed wanting to buy less products in general. When comparing if the consumers would rather shop online or in store, 43 percent said they would prefer to purchase products online and 32 percent reported an in-store shopping preference.
