Statistics Artistic education provides information about institutions that working in the field of artistic training for amateurs in The Netherlands. This is about artistic education that is outside school connections are taught by music schools, creativity centres and combined institutions, which are affiliated to the CRR (Association of Centres for the Arts)/The Art Connection (Industry Association for Education) and participation in the arts). This table gives figures on — the number of institutions in the field of artistic education; — the average number of pupils and students by type of artistic training by institution; — the average number of staff per institution (measured in human years), —average income and charges per institution. This data is broken down by size class of the institutions. The size of an institution is measured by the total number of teaching hours of that institution. Data available from: 1993 Status of the figures: The figures for the year 2003 are more preliminary, for the years 2005 and 2007 for the time being, the figures for the older years are final. When will the new figures come? Statistics are being revised. This is the questionnaire, the determination of population, method of data collection and method of processing and enhancement.
