Sorghum development and phenology data, Samanko, Mali, 2000-2009

This dataset comprises five series of monthly sowings of sorghum varieties, carried out at the ICRISAT Samanko station near Bamako in Mali between 2000 and 2009. A total of 28 contrasting photoperiod-sensitive varieties were used to improve our understanding of photoperiodism in sorghum. Some lines in the response type (Response) of the file 'Plant_PI_Dates_NoDL_28_varieties_2000_2009.csv' have been modified to fit the model without daylength effect (noDL) from the previous version.
