What a Verifier Can Reach: de-identified data for a two-directional census of qualified revocation infrastructure in the European Union and Russia
收藏资源简介:
De-identified data package for the article What a Verifier Can Reach: A Two-Directional Census of Qualified Revocation Infrastructure in the European Union and Russia. The population is taken from two signed registries — the 31 national trust lists published under the European electronic identification regulation and the Russian list of accredited certification authorities. Every revocation, status and issuer-certificate endpoint named in them was probed with one instrument from a vantage in Finland and a vantage in Russia in September 2026, with a second pass on every non-delivered verdict and a distant baseline from six unrelated networks. recompute.py (Python standard library only) recomputes every number in the article's tables from these files and exits with status 0 when all match. Providers, authorities and hosts appear as stable keyed-hash pseudonyms; neither vantage's address and no per-request timestamp is included; the packet capture is omitted. README.md explains each withholding.
