Given the pivotal role of STAT signaling in MASH HCC progression and its inhibition by TCPTP, we conducted transcriptome analysis to investigate the molecular basis underlying the therapeutic potential of TCPTP mRNA therapy against MASH HCC. We established a chronic disease model by administering a high-fat diet (HFD) followed by tetrachloromethane injections, which effectively mimicked human MASH HCC pathology. Transcriptome profiling of liver tissues from mice treated with different TCPTP based therapeutics was performed to identify differentially expressed genes.
