Dataset MagotSeg for detection and segmentation of Barbary Macaques in zoos

This dataset was used for the article "Enhancing Wildlife Monitoring with Computer Vision: A Dataset for Automated Detection of Barbary Macaques". This dataset contains 5 distints elements. - The first element named "Annotations.zip" is a folder containing annotations and labels for bounding boxes and segmentations. - The second element named "Original_Frames_1.zip" is a folder containing annotated Frames for each video used, classified by each video camera (i.e., Cam_Enclos1, Cam_Enclos2). - The third element named "Original_Frames_2.zip" is a folder containing annotated Frames for each video used, classified by each video camera (i.e., Cam_Enclos3, Cam_Enclos4, Cam_Enclos5, Cam_mobile_dome) - The fourth element named "data_per_video.csv" is a table in .csv format (Excel software) summarising video camera name, video name, capture date, Frame number, individals number, mature and juvenile number, weather conditions for each video. - The fifth element named "readme.txt" is a text in .txt format with further explanations regarding the files, notably the variables of the database.
