HAPS RFsim rerun measurements: E8, E9 and SA KPIs, October 2026

This dataset contains author-machine reruns of the HAPS–OpenAirInterface RFsim experiments recorded on 26–27 October 2026. It includes 24 E8 points (22 attenuation points and two noise probes), 200 probabilistic E9 random-access trials (25 seeds per condition across two scenarios and four elevation angles), one separate forced-LoS control, and SA measurements at 90°, 60°, 30° and 10° elevation. Structured JSON/JSONL records, gNB/UE logs, configurations, ping/iperf results, provenance and extraction scripts are included. The measurements use OAI base commit 9313cbea82bc3c6b8ff695dd808a0cde5f431724 and the authors' legacy ceil-delay integration. They are not new modem runs with the nearest-sample quantization introduced in module v0.1.2. The E9 campaign supplements, rather than replaces, the reference campaign with 100 seeds per condition. Missing KPIs remain explicitly unavailable; throughput uses receiver reports and timing definitions are documented. This public copy removes simulated USIM Ki/OPc and NAS session-key values from logs, preserves physical line counts and measurement/event source lines, and retains all derived numerical measurements unchanged. No additional modem experiments were performed to create this archive. License scope: the authors' measurement data and dataset documentation are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Bundled code, embedded source extracts and other third-party material retain their applicable original licenses and notices; the data license does not relicense them.
