Data for: Access to acute care resources in various income settings to treat new-onset stroke: a survey of acute care providers

A self-reported cross-sectional survey was conducted of delegates that attended the April 2016 International Conference on Emergency Medicine using the web-based e-Survey client, Survey Monkey Inc. The survey assessed both pre-hospital and in-hospital settings and was piloted before implementation.本研究采用Survey Monkey公司（Survey Monkey Inc.）开发的网页版电子调查客户端，针对2016年4月出席国际急诊医学大会的参会代表开展自报告式横断面调查。本次调查涵盖院前与院内两类医疗场景，并在正式实施前完成了预试点工作。
