本数据集针对葡萄牙10个传统油橄榄种植产区内的629株被调研油橄榄展开研究：其中包含595份葡萄牙本地油橄榄品种‘Galega vulgar’的个体，以及来自WOGB的‘Picual’、‘Arbequina’与‘Galega’三个品种的代表性样本；研究内容包括对所有样本开展SSR（Simple Sequence Repeat，简单序列重复）筛选，以及对内果皮（endocarp）进行形态学表征并获取对应的内果皮特征图谱。
