We analyzed the genomic landscape of 295 samples of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children with Down syndrome. By integrating paired leukemia-germline whole genome sequencing (n=244) and whole transcriptome sequencing (n=249), we classified DS-ALL into 16 subtypes, each characterized with unique genomic alterations.EGA study EGAS00001006600
