Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Public institutions for internal tax cooperation in the Greater East Region (EPCI)

Public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI) are groupings of municipalities whose purpose is to draw up “common development projects within solidarity zones”. They are subject to common rules which are homogeneous and comparable to those of local authorities. Own-tax EPCI are those who have the right to levy taxes. These are urban communities, conurbation communities, communities of municipalities, new agglomeration unions and metropolises. Only these EPCIs are available in the results. Unions of municipalities and mixed unions are EPCIs without own taxation.

跨市镇合作公共机构 (Public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation) 是一类市镇联合体，其宗旨为制定"团结区域内的共同发展规划"。此类机构需遵循统一且可与地方当局规则相媲美的通用规范。拥有自主征税权的EPCI指具备税款征收权限的机构，具体包括城市共同体、聚居区共同体、市镇共同体、新集聚联合社以及大都市。本次结果仅涵盖此类EPCI。市镇联合社与混合联合社则属于无自主征税权的EPCI。
