依據洗錢防制法規定，旅客或隨交通工具服務之人員攜帶外幣、新臺幣或黃金等總價值達一定金額以上之洗錢防制物品入出境，應向海關申報，本開放資料提供海關受理申報之年度統計件數統計資訊。
Pursuant to the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Act, travelers or personnel providing services on transportation vehicles who carry items subject to anti-money laundering regulations, such as foreign currency, New Taiwan Dollars, or gold, with a total value exceeding a specified monetary threshold when entering or exiting the territory shall make a declaration to the customs authority. This open dataset provides annual statistical information on the number of declarations accepted by the customs.
