项目组选取蒸汽烫漂( SB) 和沸水浸 烫( BWB) 两种方式先对新鲜五倍子进行预处理，然后比较了不同干燥方式对五倍子干燥速率及品质的 影响，同时考察了紫外光对自然干燥的五倍子品质的影响，以期为五倍子的采后处理提供技术指导。
The research team first pretreated fresh Chinese gallnuts using two methods: steam blanching (SB) and boiling water blanching (BWB). Subsequently, the team compared the effects of different drying methods on the drying rate and quality of Chinese gallnuts, and also investigated the impact of ultraviolet light on the quality of naturally dried Chinese gallnuts, aiming to provide technical guidance for the post-harvest treatment of Chinese gallnuts.
