Supplemental data file for: "Microbial Community Dynamics of Sequentially Fed Anaerobic Digester Treating Solid Organic Waste" <br>A network of the top 100 ASVs detected among the samples was constructed using the CoNet application in Cytoscape and the co-occurrence network model was displayed by Cytoscape 3.7 using the radial layout. Four methods were used to assess the relationship between ASVs and metadata: Bray Curtis distances, Mutual information and Pearson and Spearman correlations, and three methods were required in order to draw a link between objects (i.e ASVs and metadata). ​<br>The Cytoscape file is provided here.本补充数据文件对应研究论文：《处理固体有机废物的序批式厌氧消化器微生物群落动态》。<br>研究基于样本中检出的前100个扩增子序列变体（Amplicon Sequence Variants, ASVs），通过Cytoscape软件的CoNet工具构建共现网络，并使用Cytoscape 3.7版本以径向布局（radial layout）展示该共现网络模型。本研究采用四种方法评估扩增子序列变体与元数据（metadata）间的关联：布雷-柯蒂斯距离（Bray Curtis distances）、互信息（Mutual information）、皮尔逊相关系数与斯皮尔曼相关系数；且需至少三种方法同时支持，方可在实体（即扩增子序列变体与元数据）间绘制关联边。<br>本文附带对应的Cytoscape格式文件。
