This product is a data-driven technological solution that combines high-frequency temperature data collected by implantable AI rumen capsules with the XGBoost intelligent recognition algorithm. The collected data covers pasture and barn information, cattle ear tags, device serial numbers, as well as continuously acquired rumen temperature, water intake estimation, drinking status labels, drinking duration, and three-axis gyroscope attitude data, among others. By extracting thermodynamic transient temperature drop features and leveraging machine learning classification models, the product accurately identifies cattle drinking behaviors and outputs drinking frequency, water intake volume, and abnormal drinking patterns.
