The operation Coyuntural Services Index (ICS) offers a set of indicators of a cyclical nature of the evolution of sales and staff employed in the services sector in the Basque Country, both in nominal and real terms. It is calculated for the total and by subsector, following the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE 2009), for the Basque Country and by historical territory. The Coyuntural Services Index corrected for calendar effects (number of working days and holidays) offers comparable values year on year, while for quarter-on-quarter comparisons the seasonally adjusted Coyuntural Services Index (corrected the effect of periodic fluctuations of less than one year) is used.周期服务业指数（Coyuntural Services Index, ICS）提供了一套反映巴斯克地区服务业销售额与从业雇员规模周期性演变态势的指标，涵盖名义与实际两种统计口径。该指数依据国民经济行业分类（National Classification of Economic Activities, CNAE 2009），分别针对巴斯克全区及各历史辖区，按全行业与细分行业维度进行测算。经日历效应（含工作日数量与节假日影响）校正后的周期服务业指数可实现年度同比可比，而开展环比对比时，则需使用经季节调整后的周期服务业指数——该指数已剔除周期短于一年的周期性波动影响。
