Supplemental data and Tables for the Manuscript “Identifying Framboidal Pyrrhotite: a Proxy for Hydrothermal Alteration of Organic-Rich Sediments”.

This dataset contains the original paleomagnetic measurement data underlying the paleomagnetic figures presented in the manuscript, as well as three tables compiled in a single Word document. <b>Table DR1</b> reports the EPMA compositions (atomic %) of pyrrhotites from representative samples. <b>Table DR2</b> provides a summary of total organic carbon (TOC) contents and mean natural remanent magnetization (NRM) intensities at various depths. <b>Table DR3</b> lists Ro values of samples from the SY1 well, where Rob denotes bitumen reflectance in oil and Ro represents equivalent vitrinite reflectance calculated as <i>Ro = 0.618 × BR + 0.4</i> (Jacob, 1989). “Number” indicates the number of points measured.
