PanCancer Immune panel on heart allografts in an antibody mediated Chronic Vasculopathy mouse model

We have developed a novel antibody-mediated CAV model using CCR5 CD8 double knock out mice.Transcroptome analysis using total RNA isolated from the allografts in this recipients showed differential expression of transcripts in this model. To identify the transcriptome signature of CAV associated with high vs. low titers of de novo DSA, we performed Transcriptomic analysis of the microdisected arteries and the matched apical heart tissue using a PanCancer immune-profiling gene panel for the NanoString platform.
