To explore the changes of chromatin accessibility during mouse mandibular aging process, we conducted ATACseq of 2,4,8, and 20 months old mouse jaw bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (mJBMSCs). To investigate the function of ATF2, we performed ATACseq and RNAseq in pamidronate induced senescent mJBMSCs and shAtf2 groups.
