数据包中主要包括了专利数据库中有关电力系统的部分实用新型专利数据,并根据自有算法对专利数据进行了评价和分类,可用于横向、纵向了解电力系统产业专利数据变化情况,有助于了解电力系统知识产权工作成果;通过对电力系统专利数据的对比,可了解各企业的技术创新能力、创新水平差异;了解电力系统的技术发展趋势,有助于企业避免重复研发,避免企业开发的技术侵犯他人的知识产权。1.数据采集:通过检索网站,对电力系统产业的发明专利数量、实用新型数量进行采集。2.数据处理:通过第三方数据专利著录信息进行深度加工及整合,采用技术价值度(TVD)进行技术价值评估,计算公式为:技术价值度(TVD)=(先进性×20%+行业发展趋势×10%+适用范围×20%+配套技术依存度×15%+可替代性×25%+政策适应性×10%)×10,满分100分。3.数据应用:通过上述技术价值计算专利分级评估得分,以得分高低(70分)为分界线,实现专利价值分类。
This dataset package mainly contains partial utility model patent data related to the power system retrieved from patent databases. The patent data has been evaluated and classified using a proprietary algorithm, which allows for horizontal and longitudinal analysis of the changes in patent data within the power system industry, and contributes to understanding the achievements of intellectual property work in the power sector. By comparing the patent data of the power system, users can learn about the technological innovation capabilities and differences in innovation levels of various enterprises, as well as the technological development trends of the power system, which helps enterprises avoid redundant R&D and prevent the technologies they develop from infringing others' intellectual property rights.
1. Data Collection: Retrieve and collect the quantities of invention patents and utility model patents in the power system industry via search websites.
2. Data Processing: Conduct in-depth processing and integration of third-party patent bibliographic data, and evaluate the technical value using the Technical Value Degree (TVD). The calculation formula is: Technical Value Degree (TVD) = (Advancement × 20% + Industry development trend × 10% + Scope of application × 20% + Dependence on supporting technologies × 15% + Replaceability × 25% + Policy adaptability × 10%) × 10, with a full score of 100 points.
3. Data Application: Calculate the patent grading assessment score based on the aforementioned technical value, and classify patent values by taking the score of 70 as the cutoff point.
