Chains, configurations, and reproducibility package for a derived dark-sector interaction and its boundary-EFT companion
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility package for two companion papers on a dark-sector interaction derived from apparent-horizon thermodynamics. paperAB_reproducibility_package.tar.gz (765 KB) is sufficient to verify the entire analysis without downloading the raw chains. It contains the nine updated YAML configurations and their launchers, the nine dedicated-minimum files, the clean non-ladder freeze (freeze_samples.npz, freeze_summary.json, SHA-256 manifest, and figures), the mapping-enabled certification anchor reproducing the register map to a maximum relative deviation of 4.9e-8, the complete plotting package with per-figure provenance JSON, appendixD_mass_budget.py, the manuscript macro files, and SHA-256 manifests. paperAB_chains.tar (788 MB) contains the raw parallel MCMC chains for all nine posterior roots. Six are fitted to Planck 2018 + DESI DR2 BAO + Pantheon+ (shape) + DES Y3: LCDM, fixed dark drag (beta = 1/12), free beta, free f_clust, f_clust = 1, and an unscreened Lagrangian control. Three use the same stack with DES Y3 held out: LCDM, fixed dark drag, and free beta. No local distance-ladder likelihood enters any chain. paperB_certification_anchor_chain.tar.gz (68 MB) contains the historical mapping-enabled chain, retained solely as the certification anchor for the register reconstruction. Registers are kept distinct throughout: H0_in is the sampled CLASS input normalisation 100 h_in, H0_phys is the integrated endpoint c H(a = 1), and H0_ladder is H0_phys exp(2 X_H). Modified CLASS source: github.com/bernardsayegh/class_holo (branch main, commit eccfa4a2).
