Raw Data for EV-Charging Access, Neighborhood Characteristics, and Housing-Cost Analysis in the DMV and Philadelphia Regions, 2017–2023

This deposit contains the raw and processed data supporting the study of electric vehicle charging access, neighborhood characteristics, and housing-cost outcomes in the Washington, DC–Maryland–Virginia and Philadelphia regions from 2017 through 2023. Raw inputs include annual American Community Survey extracts, ACS rent-burden tables, annual EV charging-station files, Census block-group boundaries, and the U.S. EPA Smart Location Database.
