Backdrop Water protection advice

In Lower Saxony, an agricultural water protection advice on the protection of groundwater against nitrates has been offered since 2010. Advice and specific agri-environmental measures can be used by farmers who manage land within the target setting. This backdrop has been extended several times to include areas in which advice and measures for the protection of surface water bodies are also to be implemented. The consultation has also been expanded in terms of content. In the areas of surface water protection, in addition to nitrogen inputs, the entries of phosphorus are discussed.自2010年起，德国下萨克森州（Lower Saxony）便推出了面向地下水硝酸盐污染防护的农业水保护咨询服务。在该服务划定的目标区域内开展土地经营的农户，可获取该咨询服务并采用针对性农业环境措施。目前该服务的实施范围已多次扩容，新增了需同步开展地表水体（surface water bodies）保护咨询与配套措施的区域；同时，咨询服务的内容范畴也得到拓展。在地表水体保护领域，咨询服务除覆盖氮输入管控相关内容外，还新增了磷输入相关的研讨与指导内容。
