Film formation and thermal response in hybrid and organic semiconductors
收藏资源简介:
Hybrid and organic semiconductors attract attention for solution processability and diverse applications. However, their performance depends on film morphology, which affects optoelectronic properties and thermal response. This thesis combines multimodal, time-resolved methods to correlate processes on different time and length scales. The entire life cycle, including film formation, final film, and thermal response, is examined to enable an in-depth understanding of the processes. The multimodal approach in this thesis allows for a detailed understanding of the correlation between film formation, morphology, optoelectronic properties, and thermal response, which provides insights that form a basis for optimizing material and device properties.
