This study presents global transcriptome datasets for Nicotiana sylvestris, covering seedlings (1 stage), roots (2 stages), stems (1 stage), axillary buds (1 stage), leaves (5 stages), flowers (4 stages), and two types of callus, each with three biological replicates. The dataset provides a valuable resource for evidence-based coding gene prediction, functional genomics, and comparative transcriptomics.
