Main regions 1:1000 Lower Austria

For operational reasons, Lower Austria’s spatial planning has divided the territory into five action areas, five “main regions”. These summarise areas which have common characteristics (geographical relations, similar economic structure, resource allocation) or similar problems. The main task is to articulate the concerns of these regions, to formulate important development priorities and to initiate appropriate lead projects. Most recently, a review of the regional development strategies of each of the five main regions was carried out in 2014. The resulting “main regional strategies 2024” represent the umbrella for sub-regional strategies as well as for measures and projects at regional and local level. They are the joint product of all actors involved in regional development in the main regions and define strategic driving directions and objectives in the four fields of action: value creation, environmental systems and renewable energies, services of general interest and cooperation systems. The main regional strategies are also the basis for action of the NÖ.Regional.GmbH, whose main task is to implement the main regional strategies and define the content profile, objectives and tasks of the service organisation.出于实操层面的考量，下奥地利州（Lower Austria）的空间规划将辖区划分为5个行动区域，即5个“主要区域”。这些区域汇总了具备共同特征（地理关联、相似的经济结构、资源配置模式）或面临相似问题的片区。其核心任务为阐明各主要区域的关切诉求，制定关键发展优先级，并牵头推进适配的主导项目。 2014年，针对五个主要区域各自的区域发展战略开展了最新一轮评估。由此形成的《2024年主要区域战略》作为统领性框架，涵盖了次区域战略以及区域、地方层级的各项举措与项目。该战略由各主要区域内参与区域发展的所有利益相关方共同制定，明确了四大行动领域的战略发展方向与目标：价值创造、环境体系与可再生能源、基本公共服务以及合作体系。 《主要区域战略》同时也是NÖ.Regional.GmbH开展工作的行动依据，该机构的核心任务为落实《主要区域战略》，并明确其服务组织的内容定位、目标与职责。
