Landscape — Architectural, Urban and Landscape Heritage Protection Area (ZPPAUP) in Loir-et-Cher

Protection zones established around historic monuments and in neighbourhoods and sites to be protected or developed for aesthetic, historical or cultural reasons.These are set up at the initiative and after agreement of the municipalities see Law No. 93-24 of 8 January 1993 (art. 70) The Act of 12 July 2010 on a national commitment for the environment created the areas for the enhancement of architecture and heritage (AVAP). Their purpose is to replace the ZPPAUPs, by integrating, among other things, the objectives of sustainable development into their heritage and urban approaches.The current ZPPAUPs will continue to produce their effects for a period of five years from the entry into force of the law, i.e. until 14 July 2015. The ZPPAUPs currently being developed, modified or revised on that date are subject to transitional measures. These are utility easements (SUPs) of type AC4.为实现美学、历史或文化层面的保护与发展目标，在历史纪念物周边、需保护或开发的街区与场地划定保护区域。此类区域由市政当局主动发起并经其同意后设立，依据1993年1月8日第93-24号法律（第70条）制定。2010年7月12日出台的《国家环境承诺法案》设立了建筑与遗产提升区（AVAP），其核心宗旨为取代ZPPAUP，除其他目标外，将可持续发展目标纳入遗产保护与城市规划工作体系。现行ZPPAUP自该法律生效之日起五年内（即至2015年7月14日）仍持续有效。于该日期仍处于制定、修改或修订阶段的ZPPAUP，适用过渡性措施。此类保护区域属于AC4类型的公共地役权（SUPs）。
