OpenGenome2 is a database of nearly 9 trillion base pairs of curated DNA sequences from across all domains of life, including Bacteria, Archaea, Eukaryota, and Viruses. Collected from various public databases and repositories, this dataset is used for training the Evo 2 genomic language models and is provided in both FASTA and JSONL formats.
