Norwegian Election Survey 2021

The Norwegian Election Survey was conducted in the fall of 2021. The purpose of the survey was to describe voter turnout, political orientation, and attitudes towards political issues among the population. The 2021 parliamentary election survey was funded by the Institute for Social Research (ISF).

For the survey, 3,200 individuals between the ages of 18 and 79 were randomly selected from the Population Register. Half of these individuals were also part of the sample for the 2017 parliamentary election survey, while the rest were newly selected this year.

The survey was conducted as a combined telephone and web survey, and 50 percent of the sample was interviewed. The main reasons for not receiving responses from everyone were that some individuals did not want to participate and that contact could not be established with all individuals in the sample during the data collection period.

挪威选举调查（Norwegian Election Survey）于2021年秋季开展。本次调查旨在描述全体民众的选民投票率、政治倾向以及对各类政治议题的态度。2021年议会选举调查由社会研究所（Institute for Social Research, ISF）资助。

本次调查从人口登记系统中随机抽取了3200名年龄介于18至79岁之间的受访者。其中半数受访者曾参与2017年议会选举调查的样本组，剩余受访者则为今年新增抽取的样本。

本次调查采用电话与网络结合的调查方式，最终有50%的样本完成了访谈。未能获取全部样本回应的主要原因包括：部分受访者拒绝参与调查，以及在数据收集阶段无法与所有样本对象取得联系。
