HCCDB

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common primary liver cancers with worse prognosis, strong tumor aggressiveness, and prominent inter- and intra-tumor heterogeneity. With the aim to provide an easier access to comprehensive transcriptomic data for non-specialties, we released the HCCDB, a web-based transcriptomic database of HCC. The HCCDB v2.0 has added 11 new bulk transcriptomic datasets with 6 new clinical phenotypes to the 15 datasets in the original version. Most importantly, the highlight of this update is the newly integrated single-cell and spatial transcriptomic data decomposing the expression variations at the bulk level.肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）是最常见的原发性肝癌之一，具有预后不良、肿瘤侵袭性强以及瘤间与瘤内异质性显著的特征。为方便非专业研究人员获取全面的转录组学数据，我们推出了HCCDB——一款基于网页的肝细胞癌转录组数据库。HCCDB v2.0在原始版本的15个数据集基础上，新增了11个批量转录组数据集（bulk transcriptomic datasets），并补充了6种全新的临床表型。尤为重要的是，此次更新的核心亮点在于新整合了可解析批量水平表达变异的单细胞与空间转录组数据（single-cell and spatial transcriptomic data）。
