The statistics on compliance and efficiency in combating money laundering in the EU-27 from 2003-2010 have been compiled using: Eurostat 2013 and Eurostat 2010 reports on AML/CFT, FATF and Moneyval reports, FIU annual reports. They have been tested against Benford's law. Divergence from Benford's law was captured using among others the Chi-square method, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method and the Kuiper. The Stata code and the dta file is also provided.
