克隆玉米品质基因CTM，围绕CTM基因的大田玉米材料和甜玉米材料进行采收时期叶酸含量分析，主要仪器为液相质谱串联仪器，Agilent 1260 HPLC系统和Agilent 6420 三重四级杆质谱联用仪。
Maize quality gene CTM was cloned. Folate content analysis at the harvesting stage was conducted on field maize and sweet corn materials associated with the CTM gene. The primary analytical instruments utilized were the Agilent 1260 HPLC system and Agilent 6420 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.
