Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Sections of short-circuited watercourses in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur

The short-circuited stretch of a watercourse is the part between the water intake (the dam) and the return (the power plant). The flow rate of the short-circuited section is artificially reduced, sometimes drastically; it corresponds to the natural flow less the flow derived by the plant and represents, depending on the case, 1/10th or 1/40th of the average flow of the river. This flow rate left in the short-circuited section is called the reserved flow rate.河道的减水短路河段（short-circuited stretch）指介于取水口（拦河坝）与发电厂尾水排放点之间的河道区段。该河段的流量被人为削减，有时削减幅度极大；其流量为天然径流量减去发电厂取用的发电流量，根据具体情形，约为河道年均径流量的1/10或1/40。留存于该减水短路河段的流量被称为预留流量（reserved flow rate）。
