The Regulation on the Rissen 9 development plan of 18 April 1967 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 139) is amended as follows:
1. In the drawing illustration, one-storey pure residential area is fixed for the area Tinsdaler Kirchenweg, Wittenbergener Weg and Herwigredder in an open construction method. The building boundaries have distances of 14 m to Wittenbergener Weg, 8 m to Tinsdaler Kirchenweg, 7 m to Herwigredder, 5 m to Stichstraße and 5 m to the public green area. The basic and floor area numbers are determined in accordance with Section 17(1) of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 (Federal Law Gazette I, page 1764).
2. For rear buildings in the residential area referred to in point 1, the roof slope shall be limited to a maximum of 45 degrees.
