Registered unemployment – August 2023

ANOFM calculates and publishes statistical indicators on registered unemployment, according to the legal provisions. The number of registered unemployed represents both the unemployed compensated (unemployed persons with experience in work and unemployed unemployed inexperienced unemployment benefits/education graduates) and the unemployed unemployed (without unemployment benefit) and are based on the data from the primary documents and the records from the database of the Territorial Employment Agencies. Represents the stock at the end of the reference month. The unemployment rate recorded is determined as the ratio between the number of unemployed registered with the county employment agencies and the municipality of Bucharest (allowed and unpaid) at the end of the reference month and the civil active population. The civilian active population represents the potential labour supply and employment rate of the population comprising the civilian-occupied population and the registered unemployed. The indicator is determined annually by the National Institute of Statistics through the labour force balance at the level of the country, development region and county. The total number of registered unemployed is structured on: sexes (women, men); type of compensation (allowed, non-allowed); education level (without studies, primary education, secondary education, secondary education, post-iceal education, vocational education/arts and crafts, university education); age groups (under 25 years, 25-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-55 years, over 55 years). residential environments (urban, rural). ANOFM依据法定规定，计算并发布登记失业相关统计指标。登记失业人数涵盖领取失业津贴的失业人员（含有工作经历的失业者、无工作经历但可领取津贴的应届毕业生）以及无失业津贴的失业人员，其数据来源于地方就业机构的原始文件与数据库记录，统计的是参考月末的失业存量。本次统计的失业率，为参考月末在各县级就业机构及布加勒斯特市登记的失业人员（含领取津贴与未领取津贴人员）数量与民用活动人口的比值。民用活动人口指潜在劳动力供给群体，由在业民用人口与登记失业人员构成，用于核算人口就业率。该指标由国家统计局（National Institute of Statistics）每年通过国家级、发展区级及县级的劳动力平衡调查核算得出。登记失业总人数可按以下维度划分：性别（女性、男性）；津贴类型（领取津贴、未领取津贴）；受教育程度（未受教育、初等教育、中等教育、中等教育、post-iceal教育、职业教育/手工艺教育、大学教育）；年龄组（25岁以下、25-29岁、30-39岁、40-49岁、50-55岁、55岁以上）；居住环境（城镇、乡村）。ANOFM依据法定规定，计算并发布登记失业相关统计指标。
