Measure 12.1.1 Plain stable grassland allowances under the 2014-2020 FVG RDP compensates for the higher costs or income foregone resulting from the constraints imposed by Directive 92/43/EC ‘Habitat’ and Regional Law No 9 of 29 April 2005 on ‘Regional rules for the protection of natural stable grassland’, which imposes a ban on clearing and converting permanent grassland into arable land.本数据集对应2014-2020年弗留利-威尼斯朱利亚（Friuli-Venezia Giulia, FVG）农村发展计划（Rural Development Programme, RDP）中的第12.1.1项普通稳定草原补贴措施。该补贴用于弥补因遵守《92/43/EC号〈生境指令〉（Habitat Directive）》以及2005年4月29日第9号区域法规《天然稳定草原保护区域规则》所施加的限制而产生的额外成本或放弃的收入；其中2005年第9号区域法规明确禁止清理永久草原并将其转为耕地。
