Immunoregulatory B cells impede anti-tumor immunity through unknown features and mechanisms. In this study, by single-cell sequencing, clusters and features of CRC-infiltrating B cells were analyzed. Overall design: Mouse CRC model was constructed by treatment with azoxymethane (AOM) plus dextran sodium sulfate (DSS). Subsequently, CD45+cells in colon tissues with low/high-grade (T1/T3) intraepithelial neoplasia and the healthy control tissues were purified by FACS for single cell sequencing.
