RNA seq analysis of AR-deleted luminal prostate epithelial cells during organogenesis

Transcriptome analysis of lineage marked AR-deleted and wild type luminal prostate epithelial cells from prostates from 4 week old males, and bulk wild-type prostates from 3 week old male mice. Overall design: Pups were treated with of 0.1 mg of tamoxifen at postnatal day (P) 2 for lineage tracing. At 4 weeks, all prostate lobes from a single litter (ranging from 1-5 males per litter) were pooled and dissociated, and YFP-positive CD49flow/- luminal cells were sorted for RNA sequencing. For RNA isolation from bulk wild-type prostates, 2-3 prostates from untreated three-week males (n=6 pools) were collected.
