In order to explore the effects of ototoxic drugs on the HEI-OC1 type of hair cell-like cells in vitro, we here examined the changes in gene regulation expression caused by the damage of cisplatin and neomycin on HEI-OC1. Overall design: RNA sequencing analysis was conducted on HEI-OC1 cells after they were treated with PBS, cisplatin, and neomycin for 24 hours respectively.
