Posterior Corneal Curvature After Keratorefractive Lenticule Extraction With the SCHWIND ATOS: A Longitudinal Registry Analysis
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the deidentified analysis dataset, statistical code, documentation, and reproducibility files accompanying the study “Posterior Corneal Curvature After Keratorefractive Lenticule Extraction With the SCHWIND ATOS: A Longitudinal Registry Analysis.” The study evaluates longitudinal changes in posterior corneal curvature after keratorefractive lenticule extraction performed with the SCHWIND ATOS platform. Analyses include changes according to preoperative spherical equivalent, optical-zone diameter, programmed cap depth, nominal laser energy settings, and calculated residual stromal bed. The repository also contains data and code used to assess within-visit MS-39 measurement repeatability. The deposited material includes: deidentified analysis-ready eye-level and eye-visit datasets; individual repeated MS-39 acquisition data used for precision analyses; a data dictionary and variable definitions; statistical analysis scripts and software requirements; reference outputs used to verify manuscript tables and figures; documentation describing cohort definitions, model specifications, and reproduction steps. The repository data reproduce the principal manuscript analyses, including the primary three-month posterior-curvature model, subgroup analyses, residual stromal bed analyses, and MS-39 repeatability estimates. To protect patient privacy, direct identifiers, original clinical identifiers, exact examination dates, and unnecessary potentially identifying clinical information have been removed. Repository-specific study identifiers are used throughout. The material is intended to support transparency, independent verification, and reproducibility of the published analyses.
