Thermally Exposed and As-Built Additively Manufactured A625-GRCop42 Bimetallic Interface EPMA Data

GRCop-42 was additively manufactured using laser powder bed fusion, A625 was deposited directly onto GRCop-42 surface using powder-based directed energy deposition. A Cameca SX-100 electron microprobe was used to provide back scattered electron and composition mapping, initial spot composition (in GRCop-42, A625, and on the interface), and composition measurements on a line across the bimetallic interface. Samples in the data set include as-built samples and samples that underwent thermal exposure at 1500F (816C) for 50, 100, 200, and 500 hours.
