Untargeted metabolomics experiments on Vibrio fischeri mutants relating to biofilm formation. MJM 2386 corresponds to the "biofilm down" mutant, while MJM 2389 corresponds to "biofilm up." 1 and 6 day cultures in LBS and XAD16 resin were obtained. MeOH/DCM extraction and sep pak were performed. Data corresponds to either crude or fractionated samples. Compound of interest was separated using RP HPLC and biphenyl HPLC. One MALDI-MSI run using these mutants is included within the dataset.
